Highlights, lowlights, color placement for effect are just a few.  Debra specializes in texture services (not your mother's poodle perm!) including the Flashwave, to add volume in one area, or to compliment natural curl, waves for long hair, or curls all over. Customized conditioning treatments for your hair and scalp needs as well as facial waxing are available.
